SoftwareStacks consists of various container images and wrapper scripts to launch containers on the 'iago' kubernetes cluster. This repository contains a number of python/mysql/R examples, for use with the softwareStacks software.

Container image for posit that uses kubernetes for compute (launcher). Rockylinux scratch build. will use for production environment 2023 Autumn semester. So far working.
